Practices
Both the Mens and Women+ teams will practice at Northgate Park and Pier Park for Summer 7s 2022.
Please give your team a 2 hour notice if you cannot attend practice. The coaches like to know numbers so they can plan accordingly. If we have to cancel/change for any reason, we will try to let you know as soon as possible.
