Mission Statement
Portland Rugby Club Youth Grackles is dedicated to empowering youth girls in the Portland area through the sport of rugby. Our mission is to foster an inclusive and supportive environment where every player—regardless of skill level, body type, or experience—has a role to play. We believe that rugby thrives when a team is built on diversity: fast players, strong players, experienced leaders, and eager rookies alike. By focusing on teamwork, resilience, and mutual support, we help girls build confidence, leadership skills, and a lifelong love of the game, both on and off the field.
